Jacqueline Rodríguez is a Perfumer and Chemical Engineer at CPL Aromas, with over 20 years of experience in the fragrance industry. Her career began as a Technical Manager at Firmenich, where she discovered her passion for perfumery and drew inspiration from Master Perfumer Alberto Morillas. After completing perfumer training at Lucta Grancolombiana, she joined CPL Aromas in 2004 as a Junior Perfumer.
Jacqueline’s experience spans a wide range of categories, including toiletries, laundry, air care, and fine fragrance. She approaches each project as a new challenge, finding motivation in problem solving and creativity. For her, every success represents a mission accomplished, and seeing a fragrance she has worked on reach the market brings a strong sense of excitement and pride.
Outside of perfumery, Jacqueline values time spent with her husband and three children. She enjoys travelling together, sharing special meals, and quiet evenings at home with music, singing, and board games. These moments of balance and connection help fuel her creativity and passion for fragrance.
