With over ten years of experience in the cosmetics industry, he has developed strong expertise across laboratory work, research and development, and regulatory affairs. He joined CPL Aromas to further deepen his skills in technical problem solving and perfumery, building a career rooted in both creativity and practical application.
Samuel is particularly motivated by technical challenges related to fragrance quality and performance. He specialises in the toiletry category, where he focuses on understanding product applications and resolving issues such as raw material discolouration and formulation stability. For him, perfumery is as much about problem solving as it is about creativity, and seeing a product he has worked on reach the shelf brings a strong sense of satisfaction, knowing the effort involved in overcoming these challenges.
